Besides the great scenery, friendly people, and rich heritage, Pittsburgh
is special because of its cuisine. From pierogies to Primanti’s one of
the best things about the ‘burg is the food. Our “foodie,” otherwise
known as The Food Dude, plans to periodically give his take on some of his
favorite dishes and restaurants.
The
Food Dude loves St. Patrick’s Day, and one of the
reasons why is Irish Soda Bread. Everyone wants to
find the Leprechaun’s pot of gold, but The Food Dude
thinks this formula for scrumptious bread is worth its
weight in gold. He liberated the recipe from his
Irish Grandma. Enjoy!
